This place is located in Steveston Village. It’s a nice place to stop into as you’re leisurely strolling around. We came on a sunny, yet breezy day so there weren’t too many people around. Timothy’s serves gelato, ice cream and frozen yogurt! They also make their waffle cones in house.

Upon stepping into this tiny place(it sure feels tiny when there are lots of people crammed in here trying to look at their selection), there are several sign boards above to show you where to order. You can smell the aroma of waffles once you’re inside.
Their frozen yogurt is what I came here for, specifically in their waffle cone. It’s also nice to know they use real fruit to blend their yogurt together. Since they may have blended a different fruit before making yours, you may receive specks of that flavour in yours. Luckily for me, the person before me also chose blueberry lol!
This tasted a bit rich, but had enough flavour to it. The yogurt was smooth and did not melt as I held it under the sun. It was not too sweet, I thought this was quite good. When I finally got around to nibbling on the cone, 3/4 of the top was not crispy, instead it was chewy. We thought it might be because the yogurt had been touching the cone, however even the parts untouched were noncrispy. The remaining 1/4 on the other hand was extremely crunchy and crispy. I kept getting crumbs as it would fall apart when I bit into it.
Overall I enjoyed this little yogurt treat. It’s definitely a place I’ll come back to when I’m in the area, although watch out when it’s full blown summer weather, I’m sure there’ll always be a lineup out the door! =)
