Across from Venice Garden, a new restaurant popped up before our eyes! I was surprised to see this as I was eating my congee. We agreed to give this place a try the next time we were in the neighbourhood.

For now, we stopped in for some bubble tea since the place downstairs in the plaza was not open yet. We placed our order and waited.
It took a very long time before our drinks were ready. The restaurant itself is quite small, and the menu prices are more than Venice Garden.
Above left is the Lychee with Coconut Jelly. Above right is the Taro Slush with Pearls. This was quite good, the ice was nicely blended, the pearls was chewy but had no taste. They were quite generous with the pearls.
