Marv went out for lunch with his dad to Pho Long and came back raving about the spring rolls! Well, that just means he would have to take me there to try out these spring rolls asap! Marv said it was actually his dad that knew about this place, great find! =)

The place is quite large, but Marv said it was packed when he came for lunch. Service is at a minimum here, so don’t expect to be given menus, tea or anything at a timely pace.
Here’s what we came for, the spring rolls! We decided to order 3, since Marv knew I’d probably eat it all if I got the chance. Indeed these were pretty good. Better than good, I really liked it. Each piece that I ate had a nice crispy crunch and had ample filling inside. Thanks to Marv, I am now addicted to this place!
Marv decided to order the Lemongrass Chicken on Rice. Yes, that is the chicken for the rice, and in case you can’t see it, there really is rice under all that meat! For under $7, it is quite the generous portion! The meat was juicy and grilled well. To the right was my order of the Beef Slices Noodle Soup. It was a cold and rainy evening, so the broth was a nice welcome. Even though I ordered a small, I was extremely stuffed by the end of our meal(must be all the spring rolls)
Overall, despite the lack of service, the food was a hit for me. The spring rolls were awesome, the chicken on rice is a definite reorder. Surprisingly I ranked my dish last, but I’m not saying it was a bad dish. I would’ve never come across this place had it not been for Marv ‘n his dad. Thank you!
