Here we are again! Marv ‘n I decided to come down to Fraser Park Restaurant once again since our first experience was so good! =) Click on the following link to see our first post. Fraser Park Restaurant Visit#1
We arrived shortly after 12:30pm and found the place to still be pretty bustling! We were lucky to snag a table this time around though. It was a bit chilly sitting by the doorway. This time around, we went with the soup! We were told the soup of the day was Lamb Soup with Sweet Potatos, however we ended up getting the remainder of the last soup instead.
Thanks to all the pictures on Food For Buddha’s site, we had to order the Chicken Quesadilla. This was a bit of a miss. We thought there wasn’t a lot of filling, and the wrap was pretty soggy by the time we bit into it.
Alright, we finally ordered the Beef Dip! I have been waiting impatiently to come back and try their beef dip! I was not disappointed by this at all! Actually, the original plan was that Marv ‘n I would share both dishes, after I bit into the beef dip, I did not want to share anymore! LOL =) It was a bit dry, but the au jus made up for it! I couldn’t help but drench my sandwich into the dip before each bite. It was delicious! =)

I do find the pork/beef dip on the dry side, so I add a side of mayo. I also find that i want more meat, so I add bacon as well.
Hey, your quesadilla does look on the loose/skimpy side, that’s too bad it was a miss for you guys. Did you eat the quesadilla right away, it does get soggy pretty quick, it’s not something that you can let sit around. How was the soup?
Hey BB!
Yeah, I think we should start adding bacon as well lol! More meat is always good =)
Marv ate the quesadilla first, but it was already soggy when he bit into it, just curious, but Marvs wondering if the quesadilla have cheese in it? The soup was really good though! It wasn’t what was listed on the wall, but still very tasty =)
If you got the quesadilla soggy, then there’s no excuse for that. It’s too bad, perhaps give them another chance on that one next time.
please do give us another chance….and ask our daughter Maricel for x-tra brown and crispy
Anton
