Its been ages since I’ve visited this place last and well, this time around the whole Colleen clan is joining us. I don’t even remember the name of the dish I had last time but it was good. Good enough that I remember the texture of the chicken I ate years ago. Hoping I can still eat the same dish, we started ordering.

The number one reason I stopped coming to this place is the tiny parking lot up front. Not to mention the entrance is all weird and cramped. but this time around I wanted to go early enough to be able to park on the street. This place is fairly popular with a lot of people because it has a spicy kind of indian/chinese fusion style cuisine.
Oh dear, I’m sorry to say but the quality has gone down. Just look at this poor version of hot and sour soup. There was nothing in there at all, some chunks of vegetables and thats it. SAD.
Next we got our deep fried potato. I know I know, its just deep fried potato slices in some batter of sorts. Crispy but not $5 crispy for a single spud.
Some deep fried buns. Very bun freezer frozen quality. Nothing special. And top right was supposed to be their roti , honestly is was more of the frozen freezer kind.
Here we have some beef in curry sauce. The sauce was ubber gummy and there was very little beef pieces. Nothing special. Top right is their deep fried tofu with manchurian sauce. I have no idea but it’s just sauce that gets slapped on some tofu.
We also went with some spicy green beans. Not nearly spicy enough and the green beans tasted old. Disappointing.
Finally the dish I remember, chili chicken!! And did it fail? Yes, yes it did. What’s going on here? This was rather short on everything, chicken wasn’t at all crispy and the sauce was fairly bland. Maybe they changed chefs? Owners? Whatever the reason is I’m sure I won’t know as I will never come back here again. There are other far superior restaurants with the same idea of fusion and well, just a better quality altogether.
